Part of the preservation process includes: documenting and cataloging artifacts, restoring buildings, and adding gravestone markers.

Preservation Projects

Here we replaced two wooden steps with stone: one on the east entrance, the other on the Joseph Smith III addition.

We replaced the grave marker of Lewis Bidemon. We purchased stone slabs to preserve markers of Emiline, Evelyn, Arthur and Smith.

Upon final approval, exploring this site will our next project. After we complete the excavation, our hope is to eventually restore the building.
